USPS handles all shipping, they will calculate cost based on distance and weight of product shipped. QO does ship internationally.

Hats: 48hr. refund policy. Once you have had the hat for over two full days, you can no longer request a refund. You will have to pay for the shipping back to QO and the item must be in good condition (besides the defect or issue) before money is refunded.

Hometown. We thought it would be too easy to just take our hometown-Houston Astros logo and make a few changes. So we went ahead and put our own spin on the H, as we have been doing since 1992 with this hot new logo. It is undeniably Houston-inspired with the tall legs of the H in all their glory with a lightning-bolt type crossing. Even the bolt helps us remember the ligtning and high rivers caused by hurricanes on our third coast for years. Lastly, although Houston will always be #1 in our hearts, we also know your Hometown may not be here.
